Age: 30 Years to 40 Years

Healthy volunteers: No

Study type: INTERVENTIONAL

Eligibility criteria
Inclusion Criteria:

1. 51 patients diagnosed with a clinical diagnosis of asthma and a history of respiratory illness, aged between 30 and 40 years.
2. Medically stable and capable of performing physical exercise.
3. All participants provided written informed consent before enrollment.
4. body mass index 25.0 - 29.9 (overweight)
5. Patients with partially controlled asthma according to the Asthma Control Questionnaire (ACQ) from 0 to 1.5.

Exclusion Criteria:

1. Participants with musculoskeletal limitations, cardiovascular instability, or any contraindications to exercise were excluded.
2. Uncontrolled hypertension.
3. Cognitive impaired patients.
4. Severe Anemic patients.
5. Pregnancy.
6. Recent cardiothoracic surgery.
